This page explains how users may manage removal requests for MonsterX and services available through monsterx.me, including Facebook or other Meta integrations.
1. Remove Connected Facebook or Meta Access
If you want to remove a connected Facebook or Meta integration, sign in to your MonsterX account and go to Settings.
From there, disconnect the saved Meta or Facebook connection linked to your account.
2. Remove Yourself from an Account
If you joined an account as a member and want to leave it, sign in to MonsterX and go to My Profile.
On the My Profile page, choose the option to Remove From Account for the account you want to leave.
3. Delete an Account You Own
If you own an account and want to remove it, sign in to MonsterX and go to My Profile.
On the My Profile page, choose the option to Delete Account for the account you own.
4. If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you cannot access your account and need help with a removal request, please contact us at enquiries@monsterinteractive.asia.
